Chef Raul Cob

A Spanish-born chef, internationally recognized for his expertise in Spanish cuisine, he has used his experience to open, manage, and develop numerous restaurants and brands around the world, from high-end restaurants to luxury hotels internationally, achieving excellent financial results and adapting to different cultures. 

He has worked in Qatar, Spain, the Philippines, New York, and finally Ann Arbor, where he led Aventura Restaurant as Executive Chef Partner until July 2025, when he decided to establish himself as a consulting chef.
